Financing
As an owner builder or as your own General Contractor, you need to source
the funding to build your dome. Local banks often
do not have the resources for what they consider "alternative" houses
so this
part of the project can be challenging; however, don't feel intimidated.
There
are many domes already built and financed by folks that had the same dream you
do. Our major funding sources use mortgage brokers.
When you are ready to proceed, we can discuss the easiest way to obtain your
construction loan.
